Our glacier course gives you the fundametal skills for travelling safely on glaciers. During this six-day course you will learn to use glacier equipments, move in a rope team on ice and snow, analyse risks and hazards in alpine areas and the basics for crevasse rescue.

This course is a beginner course and recommended for both climbers and skiers as well as for anyone interested in learning more about glaciers and glacier safety.
This course is led by our IFMGA Mountain Guides.
The glacier course is one of our ”classics” and is very popular. To ensure your place on the next course we recommend to make your booking well in advance.

8 900 SEK
The price includes the course fee, all climbing gear and service fee for your tent. The service fee includes access to the fully-equipped self-catering guest kitchen in the Tarfala Mountain Station.
You can also choose to accommodate in one of the multi-bedded rooms in the Mountain Station. Contact us for more information and prices.
